​个人简介

皋伟,教授,博士生导师,2013年毕业于东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院,获工学博士学位;2013-2019年于德国德累斯顿工业大学从事博士后研究工作;2019-2023年于德国德累斯顿工业大学担任独立PI;2023年入职南京师范大学心理学院。

主要研究内容是应激、内分泌和精神健康之间的关系,属于心理学、生物医学工程、分析化学、人工智能等多领域交叉的研究方向,具体分三个子方向:

(1) 生物样本中应激相关内分泌物检测方法的开发

毛发、唾液、血液、尿液等生物样本中和应激相关的内分泌物(如:内源性甾体激素、内源性甲状腺激素、内源性大麻素等)的高效液相色谱串联质谱检测方法的开发。

(2) 应激相关生物标志物的基础论证研究

基于心理学、生物学和人工智能,探索应激相关生物标志物和生理特征以及心理特征之间的关系。

(3) 生物标志物在心理和生理健康中的应用研究

应激相关生物标志物在心理和生理健康相关人群中的应用研究(如:地震幸存者、职业倦怠、抑郁症、焦虑症、PTSD、边缘人格障碍人群、野生黑猩猩、童年受虐待的母亲及其新生儿、神经性厌食症等),探索其在心理和生理疾病的预防、诊断、干预以及预后过程中的作用。
